Welcome to our Stafford Family blog. If you aren't a fan of watching paint dry then don't bookmark this page. However, if you want to know what's going on with us from time to time and you don't mind our self indulgent rants.....stick around, we'd love to share the news.

I’m “free” !

This morning, like a caged bird, Luke proudly screams, “I’m FREE!”. Although I’m barely smarter than him, I gather that he means he’s 3.

Yes, it is his 3rd birthday and I will say it again….time flies. It seems like yesterday when we strapped him into his carseat for the first time (which only took an hour to pull off since we were petrified of hurting our new baby!) and brought him home from the hospital. Now he’s such a big boy and Bryce keeps reminding me that he’s only going to get bigger…NO!!!!!

He’s such a sweet and gentle boy mixed in with a penchant for smart alec comments here and there (hmmm…where does he get that?). It makes for some good times in the Stafford home!

Today…trying to raise 3 fingers.

The best picture I could get from a 3 year old.

BFF’s.

In true birthday diva form, we have already had 2 birthdays. The first one the day after Thanksgiving with the Patterson family at a 50′s diner.

The second celebration was at Farrells on Luke’s actual birthday.

He has no idea they are about to sing for him…which is LOUD by the way!

He’s definitely a little scared!

Now he’s not scared!

Look who slept through the whole thing…

The silent assassin

We call Dylan the “Silent Assassin”. This girl is quiet and gentl and if you look away for a second….she is in to EVERYTHING. I think I have met my match!

This one could be a trouble maker!

She loves being underneath the table.

And being on top of the table!

Oh boy…in the dishwasher!

Yes, she dumped these ALL out.

Into the videos.

On the bathroom stool.

Stuck under the bench.

I turned around for a second!

She pushed the chair into the kitchen…oh LORDY.

She will do anything to get to the lamp!

Partners in crime!

I gotta remember to strap her into the stroller!

She climbed in all by herself!

When I yell, “Get outta there!”, she just laughs!

10 months

Dylan is 10 months old today. What a sweet heart! Her new thing is that she gives kisses when we ask. Love this girl!

She loves books!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from Lamby and Mr. Incredible.

Grammy made this costume and it’s been worn by many of the grandkids so I couldn’t resist. Sadly I knew she would never wear it the whole night!

Dylan had a costume change into a lady bug…. just as cute but a little more manageable.

Halloween night fun!

Lazy Sundays

Sunday morning cartoons and some family time.

Hanging out

I love this one of the kids attacking me while I try to get their photos.

Now do my kids look alike or what?

Rachel and Eric’s Paso Robles wedding

We had such a blast at Rachel and Eric’s wedding. I had to show pics of Dylan and Luke because I made them matching outfits (kind of). I made a tie for Luke and a onesie dress for Dylan out of the same patterned fabric. Luke’s was blue while Dylan’s was pink. The first of my many projects I had wanted to undertake after closing up the business. It was a lot of fun breaking out the sewing machine for the first time since I got it over a year ago!

Luke was noot cooperating at all!

All the kids.

Fall fun

We have been heading out to all of the fun fall activities and the kids are really enjoying it. We have been to several pumpkin patches…some a few times! Anything to keep these guys entertained, right?

The Irvine pumpkin patch had a train!

Luke and Dylan’s babysitter came long for the fun!

Somebody’s not having fun!

9 months!!!

Dylan is 9 months today. How time flies. She’s holding her own bottle, crawling all over the place, pulling herself up on anything and everything, cooing at Luke, making raspberries, pulling my hair, giggling at her brothers craziness, eating up a storm, playing with cords, sticking everything on the ground in her mouth, clapping, saying “Dada”, weighng in at 16lbs 10ozs, and all around just looking cute.  My, how we love this bundle of joy!

and Luke says, “Don’t forget about me mom!!!”.

Aquarium with the cuzzies

The Fosters got an aquarium pass…..watch out people!
